Andrzej and Elzbeita looking to retire, Crocus Restaurant is being passed on to Joel Rewolinski, a third generation Polish chef. Taught to cook traditional Polish food by his father Tom, Joel brings his distinct background of Polish heritage and catering business knowledge, also taught by his father Tom, to the table. With the restaurant management know how and expertise in authentic Polish cooking, Joel will take Crocus Restaurant to a new level of fine Polish dining in Milwaukee.
