We purchased a vehicle today from crest Honda in Nashville and worked with Preston Tribble who was wonderful! So very respectful and down to earth. Preston’s customer service is top tier and we even traded up in what we had an originally come in to look for. Great experience and thankful we got to work with Preston!Report

Report
I had a great experience buying my new Honda Passport 2026 from Honda Crest. The service was outstanding form the moment I entered the door. Everyone was really nice and helpful. The salesman Brady Baker was outstanding he made the purchase of the new vehicle a very pleasant experience. He explained everything in detail and spent time showing me the features of my new car. Brady Baker has really taken the customer service to a new level. I am very pleased with the experienceReport

Update 3/21/25Report
Recieved a comment on 3/20/25 to call them to turn my experience around and I was told the person I needed to talk to had corporate in his office and he'd call me back. No call recieved.
Purchased 2019 Chevy Equinox two months ago from this dealership and I have never regretted a purchase more. Got the run around on the price, carfax had it listed for one price ("they have no control over what Carfax posts") and they were asking for way more. They gave the car over to another dealership knowing it had a test drive that had been scheduled. So even though it was in their possession they claimed they were unable to negotiate on price since it "wasn't their car anymore." Not to mention a random guy, Carter Brown, on Facebook also selling the vehicle for even lower and they claimed to have no idea about and denied knowing him. Same VIN and same photos with THEIR dealership plate on it. I later looked more into his sales and he has way more of their cars listed as well. If you don't know him after being alerted wouldn't you want him to take that stuff down if thats the case? We sat there with back and forth ages (employee would go talk to supervisor and relay his answer back to me instead of coming out and talking to me himself, weird) and ended up getting a poor compromise of them removing some fees on extra stuff they tack on that isn't even optional. At this point I had been burned on purchasing multiple other vehicles so I unfortunately decided to go ahead with this car. We ended up with an SUV that was way more then what I thought I would be buying so we opted out of the extra fees for the warranty. On my way home the tire sensor light came on.... and now more is being uncovered. I have spent nearly a thousand dollars in repairs because of damages that were present when I got the vehicle. I ended up taking it to a mechanic because a light came on and it went into "limp mode." The mechanic discovered a ton of sludge in the oil pan along with rust from the pan collected in the screen. Carfax stated it had an oil change while in their possession. How was this missed? Did they just top it up and call it a day? Shady people that run a Shady buisness. I don't recommend them and everyone around me that has mentioned wanting a vehicle they have been warned to stay away. I just wanted a safe reliable vehicle to transport my daughters to school and daycare.
