Creative Soul Music School Bedford

Every single interaction I had with this place was less than satisfactory. I had to register 3 times for classes because every time I tried to confirm I was advised I was not registered yet. When the time came for the actual class, the instructor did not show up. The front desk was less than helpful in trying to locate the instructor and we finally had to leave 15 minutes into the 30 minute class. I have been trying to cancel the charge for the class that I didn't get and am now being told that they won't be able to issue a refund due to the 30 day cancellation policy. Again, for a class that they didn't show up for. When I called for the cancellation form, 2 separate people said they sent it and I still had to call a third time to get it. My daughter was incredibly disappointed and I am out over 200 for a service that I didn't receive.

Great customer service . Amanda in Bedford was outstanding and gave me all the information I needed to sign my daughter up with a teacher . She is a wonderful first point of contact for Creative Soul . Thanks again Amanda .

Amazing school

I am so pleased with Creative Souls Music School in Bedford. Ms. Cherry and Ms Meleah are great. My girl has developed a love for playing piano. After some hiccups, which can happen anywhere, she’s back on track. It’s also such a plus to have this convenient location. A good program they have is if you can’t make it to a class, you get a token which you can reschedule any time later on. That way, you don’t miss out on a class. Give them a try.

I stopped in at this location, and was really impressed with how outgoing and cheerful the front desk lady. She showed me around, the different rooms and explained in detail the different kind of lessons that are offered through the program. I am seriously considering signing up for some voice lessons after the holidays are done.

Bedford School is such a blessing to be at. The instructors and students are amazing! Everyone works so hard for the musical ladder!

0 stars! it is the worst experience ever! It is basically a scam to collect your money every month and then the teachers cut lessons short, or are unprepared. There is no communication at all and you are constantly promised improvements that do not happen. They also do not deliver any of the promotional items advertised when signing up. They will contact you last minute trying to cancel or reschedule your appointment and then when you try to be flexible and work with them, there is no response. They switch or lose teachers weekly, which makes it very difficult on the student and also tells you everything you need to know about their management.

This has been such an amazing school for music providing skills and knowledge for my son!
