A+ contractor, I'd highly recommend. We recently took over a commercial property that had a few leaks. Miles came out the next day to inspect and gave a free quote. The quote was unbeatable and he guaranteed the work. After the repairs, he came by to check on the roof and called after a storm to ask if it was leaking. I've never had a contractor so on top of it and at such a good price. He definitely goes above and beyond and doesn't oversell you on anything you don't need.
