Do business at you and your family's own risk. Steve Long installed a natural gas furnace to a propane tank without installing a conversion kit omitting carbon monoxide into my home causing a bad burn in the furnace burning up the heat exchange. Visual soot in the lines. Refusing to repair. I still have kinked lines in the mini splits as well. He also forgot to install the dryer vent and threatened to take a sledge hammer to my tile wall when I asked if he was going to install the vent I paid for. This man should not be in business. I have filed a complaint with the licensing board against him.Report
