Had a great experience here. Sales rep was Francisco and he was fantastic. I was looking online and scheduled a test drive. Wasn’t so thrilled about the first one and so he showed me around. Answered all the questions I had and wasn’t like “you want this one” as some sales people can do. Found the right car, and omg, it’s so nice!! Got a great price on it and the financing people (whose names escape me) were incredibly helpful as well. They helped me stay within budget while getting a car that will last. Thank you all for making it a great time!

New gm did not honor msrp deal. And it’s a vip customer bought multiple high end sports car at this location. Greedy people, watch out guys.

They do not honor the deals they make. Told a customer Msrp and then when the truck showed up told them 30k over Msrp. Bad business ethics. Buyer beware. Picture below!

Broken Promises on MSRP deal.

I want to share a frustrating experience with Crater Lake Ford to warn others.

I have been a VIP customer at this dealership, having purchased multiple Ford vehicles in the past, including specialty models. Every previous transaction was smooth and hassle-free, with no issues whatsoever. My salesperson, Jake, has always been great to work with, super nice guy every time the attention to detail he had just blow my mind.

Back in November 2024, I placed an order for a Raptor R, and the dealership guaranteed that I would receive the vehicle at MSRP as listed on the window sticker upon delivery. However, when the truck finally arrived on March 21, 2025, the new manager went back on their word and informed me that they would only sell it to me with a $15,000 markup.

This is a blatant breach of their original agreement, and I find their business practices extremely disappointing. I will definitely take my business to somewhere else.
