Add ReviewOur sales person Kevin was great, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and was able to arrange a test drive immediately, during the drive he clearly explained the controls and new technologies on the new Expedition Timberline I was interested in, in fact, he was so thorough I ended up purchasing it. One great aspect of Kevin was he wasn't pushy or in a rush to sell me which made for a relaxed experience. Bret in financing and Eric (I believe that was his name) was also instrumental in reaching a deal, both personable and great to work with. I'd also like to give a shout out to John Opper in service, always helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be referring Crater Lake Ford to all my friends and family.Report
We just bought a 2004 Ford pickup. I noticed a RECALL on the airbags, so my wife called and spoke with a Makayla. She was very sweet and professional and made arrangements for them to bring a vehicle and leave it for us to use. Myself and my wife both drove the new 2023 Ford 250 they left for us to use. Beautiful pickup, but it was just too big for us. Had our pickup back in a fair amount of time on the same day!! Thank you Crater Lake Ford!!Report
They seem great up front, until you do business with them. After doing business with them, they continue to harass and call you until you mention a problem. After many emails and phone calls I have yet to get anyone to respond. They do shady things when selling their used cars and fail to point out flaws with the vehicle as required by Oregon law. You would be better going anywhere else to do business. Don't waste your time with their awful customer service.Report
After several times unsubscribing from their communications and repeated requests to cease all communications, I still receive communications from their establishment. I have evidence to back up all the times I have requested they cease communications. Their Manager Bryce Dewberry, Jerald Mccurdy, Nathan Quezada, and others refuse to honor these requests. At this point filing a police report for harassment seems to be the only way to go due to the lack of competency from anyone at that establishment. Picture is one of many requests to cease communications. Figured I'd add that since Bryce likes to lie and say that no such records exist. Last contact from them was September 4th 2024.
Megan has been wonderful to work with. I have always purchased my cars from Mazda/Ford because of your service department. For awhile the service department was not doing so well and I was not certain that I would purchase a car from Mazda/Ford again because of it. Ever sense Megan came on board, I feel that I would continue to purchase my cars from Mazdsa/Ford. Very happy with the service that Megan provides.Report
