I received excellent 5-star service at Crater Lake Ford. I received an email reminder that service was due and I was able to arrange a service appointment two days later. The service was fast and I was able to pickup my pickup (F-150)at the end of the day. Thanks to my Service Adviser, John Oppy, who gave me clear explanations of the technical services that I received. Good job team!

Great customer service and friendly people. Easy to get appointments, and will drop you off and bring back your vehicle if needed.

Be Careful if you’re naive to how car dealerships work! i went in to see 4 cars on the lot, which i found on their website, all under 10k and AWD. but they just won’t show you the cars you wanna see until they run your numbers and see what you can afford. That’s how it works is what I was told then they brought me two choices of cars one absolutely perfect for what I was looking for. As long as they make the numbers work, it’ll be a good deal for me. Two hours later I walked out of there unbeknownst to me with a $30,000 car loan for a car that wasn’t even worth $13,000. not only did they upsell the car tremendously, but they under value and under traded in my car that was worth 12,000 and they gave me $4000.
then all the extra add-ons that didn’t make my payment higher, but rounded it up to $30,000!
only to realize that the car isn’t even all wheel drive and had a broken side mirror! so three days after I bought it I try to get out from underneath the deal only to realize how unfair and how wrong crater Lake Ford did Me! I am so upside down on this loan that all I can do is eat it. I have never been so disappointed and ashamed of myself for not being smart enough to realize what was happening. just be careful. Be smart, and know not to take their word for anything. do your own homework better than i did, they will use your inexperience against you.

Excellent service. We got Nathan. He was so knowledgeable and kind. Very patient with us. Not pushy at all. I got told no from Kia on a new suv. Ford credit financed me a new suv and my payments were way lower.
