Jake, from crater lake Ford was easy to work with, he was straight forward, he didn’t pressure me into things I didn’t want or were out of my comfort zone, and when I got cold feet about the deal and left he didn’t try and stop me or talk me into it which I appreciated. When I decided to go through with the deal, he had it cleaned and the paperwork printed by the time iI got there and I was in and out. Dealerships can take a fun, exciting experience and turn it into a very stressful situation but Jake did not do that which was very nice. Thanks Jake!

I wouldn't recommend anyone use this service center.

Our truck was stolen from the airport. When the police recovered it, we brought it into Crater Lake Ford to go ahead and get all the repair work done. My parents were flying-in in two weeks and their first open appointment was far beyond that. They worked us into their schedule and went way above and beyond the normal service. I was able to surprise my dad with a repaired truck. All the damage was replaced and fixed. It was nice and clean and they even picked them up from the airport! I couldn’t be more happy with their service. Crater Lake Ford is the Hallmark of customer service! I am beyond appreciative and incredibly grateful. I’m happy to say that you’ve earned a lifetime customer. I appreciate your amazing work and dedication to customer service. Thanks for making this happen for us. I especially want to thank Megan in their service department for coordinating all of these moving parts! She was wonderful to work with and is the main reason our experience was so wonderful! I purchased a 2022 Lincoln Navigator with only 2,000 miles on it for almost $70k from Crater Lake Ford, and at the time of purchase, I was assured the vehicle was in excellent condition. No one disclosed any history of accidents or damage. I recently found out — not from the dealership, but from a third-party company — that the vehicle had previously been involved in an accident they want to come and check it for insurance purposes. They even sent me photos that I added below showing visible damage from before the dealership acquired the vehicle from an auction.

This is a serious breach of trust. I would never have paid what I did for this SUV had I known the truth. The fact that this information was not disclosed upfront is unacceptable. It feels like I was deliberately misled. I expected transparency and honesty when making such a significant purchase, and instead, I got neither.

When I contacted the dealership about this, hoping they’d at least acknowledge the situation or make it right, they completely brushed me off and refused to take any responsibility. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable, especially for a major purchase like this. Buyers beware — this dealership clearly values a quick sale over transparency and customer trust. I will never do business with them again and strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them.

Our salesman was great but the buying process was super stressful. Because another salesman was trying to steal the car we were buying. We were there first and basically we were told whoever gets approved first gets it. I asked even after our credit has been run? They said yes. I almost backed out of the sale because of that comment. I told them they better not run my credit and then sell it to someone else. Then they did not fix the truck right, we had to bring it back. Never buy a car here
