Have worked with Craig for a number of years and he's always been very responsive and has provided expert insight and knowledge about our personal insurance needs. Love working with State Farm for home, auto and umbrella and love working with Craig and his staff. Makes me want to buy a boat, RV and motorcycle just so I can work with them more!

Sadly worst insurance agent I've ever worked with in terms of honesty. Craig seems to have 0 integrity and was brazenly dishonest with me when I had an issue with State Farm lately. I accidentally left my keys in my car one evening and was locked out, called State Farm's Roadside Assistance but could not get ahold of anyone after waiting for about 45min. This was not good considering I was in a hurry to get somewhere. Finally contacted Craig since he's my agent and explained the situation. I told him that since I had a spare set of keys at home and didn't live too far away, that maybe I could Uber home to get the keys and then return to drive my car home. He approved and let me know more than once (as you can see from the text msg screenshots attached) that he would reimburse me for my troubles. I asked State Farm's main line for reimbursement the next day so as to not bother him again and they let me know I had done the right thing and that they'd be able to reimburse me. They instructed me to submit my rideshare receipts to my agent. When I sent them to Craig, he told me I couldn't get reimbursed bc State Farm does not reimburse Uber/Lyft rides. I told him that's understandable but not what he communicated via his texts to me. I even sent him screenshots of our conversation as proof and still this guy denies ever telling me he'd be able to reimburse me. He also claims he specifically told me they would NOT be able to reimburse me via text. I asked him to please send me a screenshot and he told me he didn't have the text message anymore. What a joke. This guy completely lies through his teeth and has absolutely no qualms about lying to his customers. Very poor customer service and I will be switching agents and possibly insurance companies ASAP.

Craig has been my families agent for 15+ years. My family immigrated to the US from Bolivia and they had no idea how insurance worked. Rosanna Stout has always gone above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of and that they understood everything. When it was my turn to start driving she provided the same level of care and attention to me. I recently informed Rosanna that I wanted to get life insurance due to the uncertainty of our current time and she was more than helpful . She explained the entire process step by step and made sure that all my questions were answered. I am sure I had 1000+ questions about coverage , term and amount and she answered each one. She gave me multiple quotes and options and explained each one. The process was painless and I was beyond satisfied at how easy it was.
During later conversations I mentioned that I was planning on moving out of state. Rosanna immediately broke down exactly what I needed to do to make my transition as simple as possible. Along with helping me receive every discount I could qualify for on my current rate . I now have a crystal clear idea on how my transition out of state will work and I am far more confident than I was before I spoke to Rosanna. 5 stars isn't enough and I would give them 10 stars if the options was there.
Overall I can see why my parents decided to stay with Craig for the majority of the time they have been living in the US. Everyone in this office especially Rosanna is kind , caring , and honest. They will never make you sign or commit to anything they were not 100% in support of and they truly believe in their clients best interest.

Wonderful personal service. I've been with State Farm for over 25 years and can not recommend them more. Craig is attentive and very personable. He is always available to offer help or answer questions. When you call, you get him not a random person that knows nothing about you or your policies. In this day in age, that rarely exists. Kudos!

As always professional and personal service you can not get with any other insurance companies. I was able to get my questions answered on a Saturday. Would highly recommend. Fair and honest pricing.
