I called CR Maids on Sunday mainly because they were one of the only cleaning companies open that day. I was in desperate need of a cleaning company to do a move out clean of our home on Tuesday. My hopes were very low that Is be able to get ANYONE to come clean my home in such short notice. I had planned on cleaning it myself but got sick and there was NO way I could do it. I called them Sunday and to my surprise I got an answer! Meg said she was working on the schedule right then and would do her best to fit me in, even though this is a very busy time of year. She was able to get me in at 8:00am on Tuesday. The cleaning crew is phenomenal!!! I was in and out a couple times and they were working SO hard, cleaning places I don’t know that anyone would think to clean! I’ve dealt with many cleaning companies before and I have to say these people go above and beyond anything I’ve seen. They were such an answer to a prayer. Thank you CR Maids!!!

They sent Alexandria to clean out home and she left the kitchen and main level floors dirty. She said she had a math test and left without finishing the job. They charged over $300 and the owner Ari refused to send anyone to finish the job.

Hi Dennis as you know this review is not accurate. Your provider spent over 3 hours cleaning the home and did a thorough job as the pictures show. On top of that you had 3 hairy, muddy dogs running in and out of the house while she was cleaning your home. You were inappropriate with our provider, and have violated our “safety term” which you agreed to when booking the service. You have made our provider feel unsafe and uncomfortable. You first were watching her as she cleaned your floors on her hands and knees and made inappropriate comments. You asked her for her personal information so that you can give her a tip, which you could have easily done on the customer dashboard. You never gave her the tip. You invited her back into your home after she was finished to have”pizza” with you. Once she has rejected your advances you are now claiming she did a bad job. We take the safety of our providers vert seriously. You should be ashamed of yourself sir. You behavior is completely inappropriate and disgraceful.

I like the people they send. The nice lady to did my deep cleaning was amazing!

CR Maids was great. Meg was great at communication and letting me know what the plan was leading up and to the day or appointment. Olya did an amazing job. She was professional and very nice. My house smelled amazing and she was only half way done. My glass shower door is see through (who knew). Highly recommend CR Maids, Meg, and Olya!

This company is LEGIT! I just moved to the area and was skeptical about having someone in my home to clean. My house looks AMAZING!!! I have already scheduled future cleanings and highly recommend this cleaning company!

Tomorrow is my birthday and I received a deep house cleaning with CR Maids yesterday as a gift. First off, let me tell you… for anyone that is trying to find a gift for someone extra special and extra hard to shop for this holiday season, it was a real treat. I felt like I had superhero strength to complete my other house chores while Anna took care of all the cleaning.

Not only did my house smell fresh and look meticulously clean afterwards, but my dark hardwood floors actually sparkled ?
Anna may have washed and mopped my floors 2 or 3 times to get them so shiny. I have two dogs and two kiddos that know how to get the floors dusty, dirty, and grimy… I was in true amazement by the results.

My sons both were impressed by how clean she got their rooms and neat and tidy everything looked when she tackled their shared bathroom. Anna is an Angel sent to earth to help struggling homeowners who just can’t do it all.

I think this might not only be my favorite birthday gift ever, but also the perfect way to jump start the holiday seasons. Thank you CR Maids, from the moment my booking was received till Anna quietly left yesterday afternoon… you have been a highlight of my year!
