When my husband and I walked in we were greeted by Ronnie and we spoke to him about what we needed and what we were looking for and he took his time to explain and answer all questions we had, we were so surprised when he told us he was a sales man we thought he was the manager due to his knowledge and awesome customer service. Although he was a sales man he sure fought for what we wanted. Thank you Ronnie! See you next time we will be back for sure! This toyota location is the best ! Truly recommend

WOW! I just had a massively unsettling experience with cowboy Toyota. I got a piece of mail that said response was required immediately and it was about my factory warranty expiring so I was like maybe they’re just trying to extend it but let me just make sure it isn’t anything serious since it seems that way. Well of course they were trying to extend it and the lady that answered asked me a couple questions and then had me speak to her program director (that asked me the same questions) and then I was back on the phone with her. Well this lady was not taking no for an answer. After she explained the pricing and coverage to me I said I would like a day or so to think about it and she said no you have to do it now and she would not stop. I have never been harassed so intensely in all of my life and I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with car dealerships but this was the worst! She’s the worst sales person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Extremely rude, extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer. If that’s your idea of a good sales person I will never come back to cowboy Toyota for any reason, not for service or to purchase another vehicle. And if I do come up there for service and I’m hassled again I’m just going to keep on posting my experiences on here for the world to see.

Justin is wonderful. He always makes me feel welcomed. The vehicle was serviced promptly and I was in and out in no time!!!!

I really appreciate the Service Department, and especially Shelly. Great service.

Cowboy Toyota has been the best dealership in the city. Hands down. Sales to service. Believe me, I know.

And when you need service, Shelly is as good as it gets. Hopefully the new owners give her a big raise. She deserves it.
