The worst franchise company is coveroll .ni professionalism in this company. Mr Greg needs more training in respecting his employees wkth respect. We worked in this company for more than 5 years and this comany can mske fool of their poor janitors.
I will for sure give 5 star to MR DARREN. THANK YOU DARREN FIR YOUR HARD WORK IN TRAINING MAKE US FEEL VaLUABLE.

This company is worthless! I would give the a zero rating if possible. A one star is too generous. Beware, that if you have issue the Corporate side will not assist you. Minh Lee allows cleaners come in that are not documented with a background check. NOT SAFE. 12 minutes of work this week, what a joke

We had Roger, the franchise owner of coverall in the Lakewood area, service my job.
He signed in and out within 34 minutes and NOTHING was done. Toilet, floors, countertops, desk and more were still dirty.
On top of that, he managed to mess up our door to the warehouse.
When we called to complain, he showed up to the front door of our shop and became argumentative and disrespectful.
Terrible service. Even worse customer service.
I would give them a zero.

Over promised and under delivered, they gave us a good bid for lower costs but when the work needed to be done it was far from quality they promised.

Rude - they call and then hung up on me.
