Do not use their service, you can never get a hold of someone to ask about billing or to speak to someone. If they do they send you to another person and you get bounce around. These people do not provide good customer service!! They also make a big deal about canceling service and add up fees.Report

They will outright lie to you about the billing cycle and when you choose to cancel the service be ready for a huge fight and extra fees they somehow come up with.. I also had video proof of the cleaning crew bringing in their 14 year old son and working out in my personal training gym. The son put a 20 lb dumbbell on a very expensive piece of pilates equipment and left it there all weekend leaving an indention in the upholstery for over a week.Report
