extremely rude rep called me at work after I told the company I wasn't interested then accused me of being "short" with him and hung up on me. Great way to get yourself some business, dude!

This company is horrible of late. I have had Coverall Service my business for many years and was pleased with their franchisee's who came to provide service. Last November, the franchisee told us he would no longer be able to clean our business because he had some serious health problems. We were understanding of this and Coverall attempted to find us another Franchisee with no success. After a month of waiting for another franchisee and no franchisee was found we informed Coverall we had no option but to terminate our relationship with them since they were unable to provide the service. I had paid them though monthly billpayments and forgot to stop paying them and by the time I figured it out, I had paid them an extra 2 months. When I requested they audit my account in January they said they would but after several weeks of not hearing from them I again reached out to them and they told me they would audit and send me my money back. Long story short I still have not received my overpayment. These guys are not honest when it comes to accounting and auditing for services rendered. I would caution anyone who deals with them to be aware of this.

I wish I had looked this business up on Google prior to signing up! I thought the over 2 years of follow-up from the representative must have meant they had a good service to back that up.

I signed a contract around Feb/March 2019 and had issues after the first visit, they did not touch a room (pictured) that was included in our contract. They were in touch right away and said they would be back out to take care of things. After second visit, the room again looked filthy, baseboards dirty, basically untouched. Contacted them again, with pictures, and they were quick to respond and came out again, at which point I took these photos. Their contract stated that they have 14 days to remedy any issues. This has gone on for 2 months at this point as my first contact with issue was March 15th, 2019, and it is now May 14, 2019. It also states that they will clean up to 12 ft walls. This is a little under 6 ft in the photo.

It took multiple requests to cancel my contract, and there has been no effort despite my requests to discount charges as service was never rendered per their own contract. This has been such a waste of time, and I hope that this saves someone else from wasting theirs OR helps Coverall to improve their service, because ultimately that would be a great solution!
