If I could give less than 1 star I sure would. We had this service for over a year. When they first came in they were decent. Cleaning went downhill very fast. Coverall is a franchisor, and each crew is or is owned by a franchisee. There were major communication blockades between the franchisor and the franchisee. The services listed in our contract had not been fulfilled for months, probably longer. Every time we paid them for detailed cleaning on the floors they would get the chemicals all over the walls, furniture, and baseboards. The last time they buffed the floors the dust from the machine was found all over everything. They waxed dirt, staples, and hair into the floor finish all over the main office area. Per our standard contract services the ceiling vents were supposed to be cleaned monthly. Judging by the state of the vent in the photo attached I doubt they were ever cleaned. The toilet bowl edge had a yellow substance on it after it was supposedly cleaned. We complained about the service multiple times to the franchisee as well as the franchisor. Our franchisee told us that he could get better cleaners, but the good ones don't want to work for him because he doesn't pay enough. Pay the extra few hundred dollars a month for a more reputable company. It will be well worth it!

I have used Coverall with two different companies that I have worked with and have had poor service with both. The bathroom's look like like they don't get touched. They have left major stains in the carpet that were not there before (from dragging trash bags around). They do not do the tasks that are listed in the contract. I would not recommend this company at all.

The small manufacturer I work for has been using Coverall for 13 months. During the first month of service, two cleaners would come and work the same area together, now it is just one cleaner. Also, Coverall would vacuum every time they came (which is three days a week) and now they only vacuum when we call to complain which is once per month. They vacuum immediately the next visit and not again until we call (lots of winter salt gets ground into the carpets). The cleaner collects 40 garbage cans and about 20 recycle bins, mixes them into a single big bag that goes straight to the dumpster-paper is not being recycled. The bathrooms are cleaned top to bottom, however I did see the cleaner scrub the sink out with the toilet brush (not sure if this is a regular habit or not, I saw it just the once). The kitchen sinks and counters are progressively getting stained with coffee lime and rust (the stainless sinks are literally black) and the kitchen floor is wiped with a rag each visit near the coffee pot and sink (the entire kitchen floor has been washed about 3 times over the 13 months). I would rate them one star, but the clean bathrooms raised them to two stars.

We had Coverall services for over 3 years.
During this time, the people who cleaned our office changed about 3 times.
We have an old building, so I realized the limitations, but still was disappointed.
The original salesman told us of the "green" cleaning products that would be used and a "multi-filtration vacuum" system. Neither of which were done. I consistently saw the old string mop in the closet.
When I brought these items to the attention of our operations manager, I did not feel that my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. Many of the items in my cleaning proposal packet were not done as specified.
Overall, my experience with this company was fair to poor.
They might be fine for a large hospital/clinic account, but for the average office cleaning location, I would not recommend them based on my experience.
