I would not suggest this hotel at all price is high and no service
You have to pay for parking
You have to pay for breakfast
They only offer house cleaning every other day
Very very disappointed !!!!

I am beyond upset. I stayed at this hotel Friday night as I was about to settle in I moved the bed pillows and found full grown bed bugs! so they move me two rooms down because they can't accommodate my two parties to another floor, so as I go down to get something from my truck front desk stops me and asks if he can walk me out because a homeless man had just gone in the hotel acting like a lunatic, so thank god for the male clerk at night he was the only polite one in the hotel. The next morning I went downstairs to ask for a manager and the lady in the front with long black hair was so rude I explain to her I wanted to talk to who was in charge because there was bed bugs in my room last night and she told me the manager was gone for a week and told me basically "moving rooms wasn't enough, if I was looking for a refund I would have to wait till the GM was back". Then I go to have breakfast at the bistro at 9 am. I spent 51 dollars on breakfast and the sausage was bad tasted rotten and freezer burned. We left to SeaWorld for the day and come back around 5pm we sit on the same table we sat in the morning, and it was exactly the same the bistro was filthy nobody throughout the whole day couldn't sweep or clean the tables. Then as I am going to the elevator another guest asks me if I removed everything from my truck because they had broken into her car the night before. I got to the room, and I noticed housekeeping was there because they replaced the towels but that was it the bed was undone the restroom floor was dirty, I would assume that is why they have bed bugs they do not clean. I got no sleep the whole trip. I kept waking up and checking up on my vehicle to make sure nobody was going to break in. It by far was the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced I travel often with work I am a Municipal Judge and it felt so horrible I had my family at this hotel!

My stay was comfy and I was soo close to give 5 stars until my truck got broken into!
I parked where the cameras were visible and even that did not avoid what happen.
If you are reading this please please take the time and read other reviews DO NOT STAY HERE your car will be broken into!
I checked in on weds 7.27.24 everything was good until Saturday morning 7.27 when I noticed my truck had a broken window, not only me but 5 OTHER CARS throughout the parking lot. I’m hoping the other guest's add a review about what happen. I tried to report with the front desk lady Joan or Joana did not show any empathy nothing! She couldn’t do nothing even if I make a police report, really seemed like she is already use to this!! I will be making this report to upper management and if I have to with the FBI ..
it’s obvious this could be within the hotel, how could this be a ongoing situation and no no one does nothing to stop this from happening!!!!!

I heard this place has new ownership and management. The rooms were nice and clean . Staff were excellent . Kids loved the indoor pool , fire pit , corn hole, ping pong table , massive outdoor chess and board games in the lobby.

this hotel was the worst ever. i booked two months prior and they charged me a pre payment and took my money off my card when i got there still spent 760 for a supposed hold and had to pay when i left so i had no money for my trip i would have never booked that hotel . The pool and jacuzzi was dirty and couldn't enjoy that . only one elevator worked i didn't have tissue or towels or cups had to keep asking and nobody spoke english . i had to go to the front desk 5 times for a new key and only one of those worked my too lock kept the door from closing it wouldn't go back in so anybody who worked there who knows the rooms would be able to sneak in my room and take my stuff my refrigerator was smaller than the one that I had in college. I couldn't store any leftover foods or anything in there so i got charged a extra night when nothing in the hotel worked so corporate will be called again

This place was not good at all. It was old and moldy. The sheets were not clean either. When we noticed the sheets weren’t clean we asked them to change the sheets and they did not. We stayed there 3 days and will not be back. If you do stay, bring your shower shoes as well. You can tell they do not take care of the hotel. Even the lobby needed some work. You know if they can’t keep the lobby looking nice then the rooms will be an issue. The workers must be getting paid to write good reviews because there is no way a person who actually stayed there would write a good review for this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My kids and I stayed here this past week and our car was broken into. When the police came they said this hotel is notorious for car thefts and break-ins. The cops said that’s why the front entrance is closed off to slow down the thieves exiting the parking lot and getting on the highway. The cop also said if people stay here they need to park in the front because in the back are always a break-ins. I asked the front desk manager at the time why did they not let us know about the break-ins and to park in the front? Ortencia rudely replied that they can’t be telling all the guests that. I clearly said if they can check everyone in individually then yes they can say that to every individual that checks in. She then replied that they aren’t liable for anything in the parking lot and referred to the parking tag they hand out. I let her know I am aware of that verbiage on that sheet of paper but human to human they see I’m there with my two young kids a heads up would be the decent thing to do, to say to park in the front. When I asked to speak with Danny the manager she let him know and he rudely ignored me in the lobby as he spoke with some people about selling his hotel knowing very well I’m feet away and waiting. I eventually left without him ever acknowledging mine or my kids existence, no phone call, no email, nothing. These people don’t care, absolutely could care less even after I told them my trip to San Antonio was ruined because instead of taking my kids to six flags we now have to find a window to replace the broken one and have it installed. I cannot believe this is part of Marriott. Disgusted and disappointed. The photo is the meeting Danny the manager was having with potential buyers, he’s the one in the hat. We sat there waiting and he never came to us. After waiting so long we had to leave to fix the window. So rude.
