Courtyard San Antonio SeaWorld/Lackland

Very disappointed based on the fact that I called ahead to ensure the hottub at this location was working. I was assured it did, so I booked a room. IT Does NOT work as it is the same temperature as the pool. I could have booked any other Marriott, this location is not the cheapest. I don't appreciate being misled. Also it turns out the TV is not setup. I can't use the guide or any smart features. And, the washer has to be started several times to work because it keeps showing an Error message when the start button is pushed.

We came to the resort for my wife birthday. The valet Was very attentive and professional and we were Immediately help with our bags. The front desk were very friendly and Accommodating. I called ahead ordered flowers and wine waiting for us in our room and they add complimentary chocolate strawberries with a Happy Birthday note Courtesy of the resort and staff. We had fun in both the public infinity pool and the adult infinity pool And got to meet some great guests in the resort huge hot tub. Their food I cannot lie was the best I've ever eaten in any resort I've been to. This resort is very family friendly lots of things to do if you bring your kids arcades and other activities and there is also an adult's only floor with an adults only pool and Hot tub for which we thought was very unique. All and all you'll find it very hard not to have a good time at this hill country resort.

I've sayed here 5-6 times. Top notch staff great customer service. The room was nice, and clean no complaints. I particularly love the nightlife in the courtyard after dark. It was fun!

This location was very convenient and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Watch your bill though, because another patron charged alcohol to my room. They removed the charge without a problem, but don't leave before you check your charges

The general manager went out of her way to provide vouchers to me as a titanium elite member for coffee even though the property didn’t offer the vouchers.
Wonderful as expected.

The room was clean but smaller than I expected and the bed was a brick. The hot tub was not filled therefore unusable, the pool was tiny. The staff were kind and personable. The worst part about this stay was one of the employees did not enter the information from priceline correctly so only charged for one night not 7 like they were supposed to so when I gave my card for the room deposit it charged for the other days, almost $800! Despite them reversing the transaction the money was "pending" on my account until the night we returned home! Lesson learned, I will double check what I'm being charged BEFORE handing them my card. I won't stay at this location again though.

This hotel is in a great location to venture around this side of town. Plus, there are plenty of variety of restaurants in the area.

Great family hotel, very clean and the staff is friendly. The only downside is the hotel is right next to a major interstate so you get loud cars zooming by at late hours at night. The parking is will lit up at nights and great food choices all around.
