Courtyard San Antonio SeaWorld/Lackland

We stayed here to go to seaworld. The room was clean and the front desk man/woman were very nice. The pool looked milky and not clean. We stayed in room 427 and while the view was nice, you can hear every car that passes during the night. It helps to have your AC on to block out some of the noise. The beds were hard but my husband liked it lol. They do not offer complimentary breakfast. There is a lot of restaurants near so that was good. Overall it was a good stay.

I guess everyone knows that when a chain of hotels is 20-30 years old it might be time to switch brands. This courtyard is really tired out. You can handle a night here but like a motel 6 with lipstick. The courtyard in back is about the size of a town lot and has no landscape or care whatsoever. Drywall peeling on it last legs in pool area. Receptionist at 11 pm had a backpack on looking sloppy and like she wanted to “get the hell out of here” . On positive side housekeeping gal did nice job on room (5-star housekeeper!) These rooms are LOUD. We stayed 4 nights and every night, yes every night someone had to race a car outside on the nearby road from 11-1pm. |Ice machine had no dipper on second floor so you have every one digging out ice with bare hands after some likely taking a good potty. Kind of gross me out. Oh, yes, and no complimentary breakfast. ||Marriott needs to think about this

I'm writing this to show my appreciation to Hilda, Christine, and the bartender, I'm afraid I forgot his name, gave us great service the whole time I was there. They were very friendly and very helpful.

Definitely going back and will be my home away from home. Our experience was one of the best ever.

Positive: I loved it being so close to SeaWorld. There were so many restaurants nearby which was great!!
