I called ahead of time to change my room from two queens to a king and was told I was good to go. Upon arriving, I was told that wasn't possible even though the hotel was vacant. Pretty disappointed that I was lied to.

The bathroom tile floor grout was cracked all over.

Breakfast was terrible no options

The front desk team needs training on customer service.

A little dated and no food service yet (maybe local laws? They do have some packaged foods and juices for breakfast). Clean and a nice location though and desk clerks were very kind/hospitable.

They have bed bugs. I woke up with bites on my arms that were not there before.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel. The hotel is under construction, but we had no issues with any noise while we stayed here. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The security for your vehicle is good also. The hotel is located right on the feeder road. It's located walking distance to the KFC, less than a minute drive to Saltgrass Steakhouse & Texas Roadhouse restaurants, the movie theater, and about 3 minutes to the Ingram Mall. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. I was able to relax and journal on the comfortable couch and the bed was comfortable as well .... we slept ? very well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Negative: We did not know you had to request the room to be cleaned daily.
