Add ReviewThis place is so money hungry. Long story short I paid 400 dollars to reserve this room for my daughters party, something came up and I asked for a refund. The event is a month away. They told me no refunds basically because someone else could've rented it. Someone still can ! It's a month away ! Any who I don't recommend for parties or events. They don't value their customers just your money that you won't get back if anything were to happen.Report
Clean. Friendly staff. Toilets flushed extremely slow in rooms. They have updated the lobby. However, the rooms are a little dated. The lady working Night Shift. I never got her name. She was so nice and professional. I would go back just because of her professionalism.Report
Not a terrible place, but would not pick it again. Went on a business trip and had high expectations for a Marriott. Disappointed TBH. At the moment due to covid cleaning of rooms is at request only. Good location by the ocean, nice view. No microwave in rooms, no way of heating up food if you're wanting to heat up any food. Breakfast is not complimentary, only for purchase. Coffee makers are ancient and outdated. Bathtubs do not drain very well, the tub fills up with water to your ankles while showering. Same problem with room next door (I traveled with a coworker). As stated before, would not recommend.Report
I want to recognize two of your employees Jen the Country gal behind the desk for just being amazing. And Janie the only lady working the restaurant. But the rest of the stay since there seemed to not be enough help was not that great. There was no soap in the bathroom not good with COVID19 Still going on. Supposedly ran out of food and shut kitchen down so I ended up having to wait till 2am after our Fashion Show was over to barely get to taco bell for a quasidia before they closed when I was really wanting to try ya's quasidia with bacon that I never got to try.Report
The female front desk was more interested in the man I was with than us as guests... unprofessionally dressedReport

Make sure to use H?????????.??? when booking a resort. This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is the best rated in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed.Report
Ocean views are awesome!!! When booking, ask for the ocean side and watch the sun rise on the ocean.
