Inadvertently left an item in the room and I have called many times and not getting any response. One man at the front desk didn't even know they had a lost and found. Manager hasn't returned my calls. It was a very sentimental item. We wont return.

Our stay was great ! Shout out to Pat who was working front desk !! He helped us figure out our room situation, told us about all the amenities they had in the mornings and also informed about the area since we were in town visiting. Rooms were super clean & customer service was GREAT ! We needed more towels for our room and someone delivered them in less then 10 minutes. Great job !!

Room was excellent! Good service. WiFi not so good, at least on that first floor. Kept cutting out.

Overall a nice hotel. The big drawback is the highway right next door, so ask for a room that faces away from the highway to avoid the traffic noise. The room was clean and had a lot of lamps which is nice, but no microwave and a mini mini fridge.

Great place. The gentleman at the desk was an awesome person, nice and helpful. It was clean and the last night we had pizza in the lobby and played pool. Grandsons loved it. Pool was way too crowded so that was a good alternative.

Hotel room still had trash in it from a previous occupant, it makes me wonder if the sheets were changed or disinfected.

This location in Canton has been nothing but delightful towards me. After a terrible incident atr the Hyatt, Cloe, Bryan, as well as the rest of the staff are absolutely delightful. The customer service is bar none, hotel is impecabbly clean, quiet, and well managed. Best of all, they converse with me as though I am family. Best stay in Canton, OH, hands down.

ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT PAT REALLY MADE OUR STAY OUTSTANDING! HE IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR,....I HAVE BEEN IN THE HOSPITALITY FOR OVER 30YRS.AND NEVER HAVE I ENCOUNTERED SOMEONE THAT ENJOYS HIS JOB...THIS MAN SHOULD BE A MANAGER.....I WILL CONTINUE TO STAY AT THIS LOCATION AS LONG AS BECAUSE HE SO THANK YOU PAT FOR MAKING MY 51ST.BIRTHDAY AMAZING!.....

Friendly staff. Only issue is the location of the ice machine. Especially if you're not on the first floor.
