Nice, clean, and quiet

Digusting, flowing water from bathroom to bedroom everytime i shower, left over food from previous customers, its litrelly disgusting with 200$ per night price.

This feels like a cheap, low-end hotel simply dressed up with flash on the outside. The rooms are poorly maintained and house keeping does a poor job. Examples: light fixtures are falling out of the ceiling, and hanging 3 or 4 inches out of the drywall exposing the socket and wiring, and show evidence of being pushed back in repeatedly rather than repaired. When I arrived there were a bunch of long hairs, probably 6 to 8 inches long stuck to the shampoo and conditioner bottles. These hairs were never wiped off by housekeeping for the entire 5 nights I stayed there. I left them just to be curious if they would clean the bathroom. The sheets had long black hairs also, perhaps 6 inches long as well. My room smelled like smoke the whole time. Room 310 doesn't have a lock for the sliding door out to the small balcony. The signs pointing you to the lock in the center points you to where the lock has fallen off and never been replaced. Several of the entry door locks in the hallway are missing parts and internal parts exposed, and were like this all week. So they clearly weren't in the middle of repairing it, they just stopped working on it midway through without finishing it. Lastly, I have contracted rate with one of the largest companies in the world which always includes breakfast with my stays, as it has for the past nearly 10 years that I have traveled this way. This place wouldn't honor that either. In short, I would recommend paying an extra $10 per night if you need to and stay at a place that will be significantly better than this one. This is not much better than an America's Best Value Inn with some paint and signs to make it appear nicer.

Well, first and foremost, I think it needs to mentioned the absolute incredible, incredible demeanor and personality of the front desk supervisor. Her name is Rae Ellen Zurenda. Having been an professional journalist of Conde Nast Traveler Magazine, for so long, I must say that there are people that you come across and so many people we often mention. Not this time. She has been a privilege to know. And shall we say, not like the privilege of meeting so many people I have in the past. Today was a pleasure and an experience unforgettable. I feel she should be praised and that I feel she should be well notated as one of the finest I've met in a long time. ||||Surely you understand when you meet that type of person that. Just goes out of her way to make sure that everything is. Well, better than it should be for no reason whatsoever. And the kind of service you expected a much higher for your hotel than the Courtyard, for example. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Don't understand me! ||||Just a shocking literal snese of being an absolute cut above the rest. Overall, when it comes to courtesy, professionalism, that sense of her just going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was nothing but the very best it could possibly be. and when she doesn't really need to.|||| Or it's when they go beyond. That it truly shines through and it's truly something that's noticeable.Well, this is one of those cases. I'm not gonna get too involved in how wonderful she was, but. There's not that many people left like this person in the world. She did so just because she wanted to!||||There was no other valid reason whatsoever. ||||And these are the people that really should be praised for their job well done.||||Understand there's nothing wrong with the Courtyard. It's a wonderful hotel in any part of Marriott is a truly wonderful establishment. However, in my opinion. He deserves to be in a far greater brand. because they're professionals and courteousness and way about her her whole demeanor is that much better than many i met at other hotels that I have come across in the four and five star range.||||I will admit that the entire staff of the Courtyard Boynton Beach has been truly a shock. And in a good way. Yet I wanted to make mention of a specific person. For as Rae is really a cut about.. This is that type of person. ||||I hope that this gets across the right person, and I hope that it's understood that she really, truly made my stay that much more pleasant.||||Not to really get too personal, but. It's a time I never would imagined. And one that was probably the most unenjoyable in my entire life. So thank you to her and to the entire staff of the courtyard. . Put in the worst position I could have possibly put in by an unfortunate circumstance of my Oh, it's a long bu ch of halobaloo, but anyway. ||Please know that this person has been truly that much better than anybody I've met in many of the hotels I've stayed at and God knows I've stayed at plenty. I've been Reviewing every Marriott brand from Ritz Carlton to Autograph and back. For so many years that, well, when I started Marriott was just Marriott. ||||Not to mention being platinum elite with Marriott for. God, at least 14 years and she truly is a cut above. Again, going above and beyond and being sure to do everything she possibly could to make my stay that much more enjoyable. This is something that's really not done very often. I just hope she gets praised for her job well done. BRAVA!.

The rooms are dirty and the staff and management does not care. There were stains on the sheets like the linens weren't changed. There was feces in the toilet upon check in like the bathroom had not been cleaned. Also a very noticeable and offensive odor lingering in the room. When these issues were brought to their attention, they just tried to brushed me off at the front desk. They did not offer to clean the room or change the sheets, they just wanted me to stay in a dirty, unhealthy and uncomfortable situation after I already paid. Extremely bad experience.

Staff friendly and helpful, but a very dated property, and not very clean. Our room had coffee/liquid stains on the wall, a pair of underwear left behind under the desk, and hairs in the shower. Halls and rooms have a musty smell, and maids left full trash bags throughout the halls during cleaning times. The air conditioning unit in our room was less than great also, it was either freezing (and very loud) or off and much too warm.

Was traveling on business and stayed here for a week. Staff was very pleasant and the manager tipped us off to some great dinner spots!

Clean rooms. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast not included which I found out of the ordinary for most hotels I usually book (trip was organized by my company, so booking was done for me).
