I gave 5 stars to my salesperson , overall this and all dealerships have become predators , continue to give poor service after the sale no one should have an extended wait for service why not have vehicle dropped off and delivered back to costumers as an option with all the new technology keep progress up to date , ask for Jordan very nice young man honest straight forwardReport

I really wished Google allowed zero stars. This place service department is the pits; lacks no professionalisms. I took my car in because the engine light came on and the car was driving rough. I was told it was going to be four days until they could get a tech to look at it. Fast forward going on a week I can't get anyone on the phone and my vehicle hasn't moved to even be looked at. I had to call a national customer service number to get a resolution now it's not going to be another few days before they even look at my vehicle. I wouldn't even take my vehicle to this place for anything in the future.Report
