Work paid for and promised not done - had to return for remedy. 2+ hours longer than projected pick up time even before error was caught on my end.

I went to look it vehicles, as I had bought my 2019 through Stevens Creek. At that time they were great. Destiny was great in walking me through and being very honest and forthcoming. I expressed my budget and inevitably she said they couldn't meet my budget. I expected that's what would happen, however I just wanted to see what the answer could be. She was very professional and I appreciate her honesty and candidness.

However another gentleman came into the conversation by the name of Richard. Richard was not even the manager. Yet his posture was as if he was the manager. He was rude, condescending, and flat out unprofessional. He questioned my numbers as I had aready stated that it was a budget. He was condescending by telling me good luck on finding what I was asking for when in fact I was just asking if they can meet my numbers or not.

Destiny was still polite and apologize for not being able to meet what I was asking for. I would recommend if you go in there stay away from Richard he has no idea of the concept of professionalism or courtesy. After that experience I don't believe I'm ever going to go back even for a used vehicle.

Great customer service.

I brought my 2019 Chevy Camaro in for two new front tires and upon paying for my tires and walking out to my car I found damage on my driver side front rim. I alerted nelly the technician and she stated that she would have it fixed and bring it on Tuesday The following week however I can't seem to get a hold of anyone at the dealership to find out the time to come in Tuesday. really poor service almost spent over $1000 on two tires with damage on my vehicle and can't seem to get snyone toncontact me back to repair it. Not happy a customer.

Very frustrating experience of lack of communication. Way too hard to contact service agent and service manager failed to call. I drove back to the dealership twice to be able to talk to them. Will tell anyone to stay far away from this dealership after my experience
