Our tech Polo Marquez was amazing today. We have two AC units and this guy took his time and made sure he did everything right. He was very nice, respectful, and professional. We appreciate all his help in getting our units back in shape. We unfortunately will not be renewing our yearly services with this company because they almost tripled their prices. But if we did or choose to go back, we would request to have Polo out to do the services every time. He did great.Report

Our technician, Polo Marquez, showed up on time. He was very professional. Polo did a very professional and through inspection, cleaning, and documentation of the performance of our A/C system. He reviewed all of his finding at the end of his inspection. In the past we have had Cosmic Comfort do some electrical repairs with excellent results. I very strongly recommend them.Report
