$537 to replace a $47 part. I’m not really sure how this place has a “4.9” star rating. I will give them a 3 because Andrew the service provider was a great technician and very friendly. I did sign the estimate for them to do the work so ultimately this is all on me but I recommend going through another company. I was under the impression that the part needed was much more as I do have a 30 year old unit. So for less then two hours of work and a $47 part $537.. not to mention at the end of the work I was asked to pay $674 as they forgot to tack on the “free” diagnostics.. I refused to pay that amount and they did take it off.Report

Had an outlet issue on a Sunday, no other electrical company I called that day could help me in a timely manner (I called at least 5+ places) besides this company. It was an urgent matter for me, and I scheduled an appointment online for the next day and everything went smooth and great! They even called me to ask if it was okay if the electrician arrived even earlier than the earliest time that was available on the website! Definitely a recommend from me.Report
