Jay and Lulu are awesome. They worked hard to get us a good deal on a new Subaru with the features we asked for. They kept in touch over the 3 mo the it took for the car to be delivered. Great service, great people

Took them almost 2 hours to do an oil change. Me and 1 other person were in the waiting room. About an hour after waiting the service rep comes to me and says "sorry they've been having trouble getting your car in the lift because it's so low". I have never had this issue. And it was frustrating hearing they were just starting on my car, an hour and 15 minutes after I had checked in my vehicle. I will say this is the only issue I really have with subaru, they seem to be really slow.

Wow, what a great experience! I was greeted by Ben who helped me confirm my appointment and listened to any issues I had on my car. Before I knew it, their techs were working on my car. My car was ready to be picked up sooner than expected and their tech, Franco, personally explained to me what he did on my vehicle and answered any questions I had. They even gave me a complimentary car wash. This dealership really treats their customers like family and are extremely friendly. I guess what they say is true. "Love, it's what makes Subaru a Subaru" and this dealership shows it!

Worst experience with a service department we've ever had. It took 2 months for repairs & when the car was returned, there were missing & loose parts under the hood. Unbelievable back and forth conversations about what might be wrong with the car. Promises that they would return calls repeatedly & rarely did within the timeframes requiring us to call them back. We offered them an enormous amount of grace & patience only to get repairs of unknown and poor quality. They have left us uneasy about the safety of our vehicle. I believe our car was possibly returned to us with more issues than when we took it in. The integrity of this business is little to none. Beware.
