Corning Ford

I’ve always felt Corning Ford is worth the extra miles from home for value deals, quality service and the expertise of personnel. Now I also believe it is worth any extra time for a service job well done!
The warranty issue on my Ford Escape was, to put it mildly, problematic. It took the service staff considerably longer than anticipated to complete what was already estimated to be two full service days. All the while John and the crew labored to get it done perfectly, I had the comfort of a badly needed loaner vehicle. I can only imagine the frustration this team must have felt with this project…but they did an AMAZING job! The replacement dash actually looks better than the day I drove it off the lot. Despite my concern there might be rattles or squeaks, there isn’t any sound but the purr of the motor. I am in awe of the quality of service and the kindness of the crew. John kept me apprised of issues and projected timetables. Anna was wonderfully diligent in arranging a loaner.
