Best Customer services, spend only 10 minutes signing documents, total time at the dealer was less of 20 minutes from the time i arrived to pick up my truck

We went to Corning ford on 11/09 and it was probably the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. We were looking to get a bigger truck so we could get a fifth wheel instead of our travel trailer in the future and also so my wife could have a bigger car with room for 3 car seats for the kids. Bill was our salesman and he patiently waited on my wife to look at every brand from dodge, Chevy, gmc to see what worked best for what we needed and I mean she put car seats in all of them. We found out ford has the biggest cabs, no doubt about it. He found us the perfect one within our price range and had all the features she likes and I just made sure the thing can pull what we need in the future. She loves her new 2024 f350 STX. They weren’t pushy and made the whole process quite enjoyable while having a 5 month old and my 2 year old running around. Thanks Bill and Corning ford!

I spent 38,000 cash on a truck and 2 weeks later found that the sunroof leaks like a sieve. They made no attempt to accommodate me. Even with a warranty. The transmission started slipping a week after I got it so they likely added something to mask the issue. It’s making a weird clicking sound upon starting after only a couple weeks also. Now I get to go spend another $375 on a full diagnostic. I should have went to Crown Motors.

Skee got me right. Was in town for work had time to do a service was in and out and able to work a half day. See you next time I’m in the area!

I purchased my 2022 F350 from Corning Ford brand new. Since new it has had the headliner untucked or essentially hanging out of the plastic console piece in the center front headliner portion. When I had the truck in to get a sensor replaced I asked the service writer if they could take a look at it since it has been that way and I’m not sure how to correct it. He refused, stating the vehicle had passed the 36000 mile warrantee (by 2000 miles). It should be noted that I purchased the premium 5 year 100k mile warranty when I bought the truck. Totally disappointed with the customer service and I would recommend not paying many thousands of dollars for the premium warranty because it is a waste of your money at Corning Ford.

Honestly the best car purchase experience I have ever had. Very friendly and open sales and honest and transparent trade-in and purchase experience. Will be my go-to dealer from now on.

terrible experience. found truck online, purchased for $55k. it was delivered with defective lights, defective uconnect, and absolutely filthy. once they had my money, dealership was impossible to work with. it was all under warranty - had to take it to a another dealership. Corning could and should have fixed it before they sold it. AWFUL experience DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Everyone at this dealership has been great to work with, especially Troy in Fleet sales. I have purchased three trucks with Corning Ford, and when no other dealerships can find what I'm looking for Troy has always said, I have them on my lot, come on down. I highly would at least check them out if you are looking for a vehicle.
