I wish I could say my response and effort to help me was like the other reviews that had been posted but not in my case. I can call and get no response from lawyer or paralegal. I have to call several times and let the receptionist know I'm upset that no one returns my call. The receptionist is very polite and try to help me as much as she can. I thank her for that. All I ask is to keep me informed and I can't get that from my attorney ir paralegal. I'm told I will get a copy of documents still haven't received them. I called yesterday again for an update still no return call. Again won't post name but my experience is not the same. I don't believe I'm valued as a client.
