John T. from Cooper Electric did a great job trouble-shooting my electrical problem! He was on time, communicated the issue & took photos in my attic, & repaired & updated old malfunctioning wires & connection.
I’ve used Cooper Electric several times over the last 5 years and will continue to!

I always have a good experience with Cooper Electric and this was no exception. Nathan Hengehold was our electrician today and he couldn’t have been better. He was extremely knowledgeable and he thoroughly explained everything about our problem. He was very polite and our problem was fixed before he left.

First class operation. Timely, efficient, knowledgeable. John T. was excellent. Diagnosed and explained the issues and quickly made the needed repairs. Will be asking for him when we call again to install a new chandelier. Hands down, 5 Star Service. Highly recommended if you need electrical work done.

We have a 32-year-old Drees home. We were having problems with our power going out in our bathrooms when one of the family used a hair dryer. If escalated to also cutting power to the refrigerator out in the garage. Cooper Electric has a good reputation in our area so we called them and setup an appointment. The technician (John) called ahead to let us know he was on the way. He was timely, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable (answering all my questions) and fix the issue. We defiantly recommend Cooper Electric!

Service manager that schedules is a real arrogant jerk and demands you buy new fixtures and is disrespectful to customers. Scheduling is a joke.
