I can't say enough about Cool Kids! I had a new Bryant system installed in 2021 by another company who sold me a zoned system that they never should have sold me, never installed it correctly, and then never fixed the problems. I tried working with them 1.5 yrs and finally gave up. JJ and Darin walked into this mess and just kept troubleshooting and trying different things, rewired much of the system, and involved the Bryant tech support to help figure out what was causing the issues. They wouldn't even charge me until they fixed the problem! I'm a customer for life (or as long as we live in this area)! These guys absolutely were the most professional, and knew their stuff - plus they care about their customers and doing the best job they can do. In today's world..that's a hard thing to find. Totally recommend for all your AC and Heating needs!Report

I’ve been working with a wide range of contractors since I recently purchased my home and Cool Kids AC has by far been the best to work with. They are extremely responsive and effective communicators. They also are very fair and honest with their pricing which was refreshing. The turnaround time from me first reaching out to schedule an estimate to them fully replacing my HVAC system was less than a week. I cannot recommend them more.Report
