I am so glad that we went through this particular law firm. I had explored bankruptcy a few times over the course of a year and never really felt comfortable with any of the lawyers I spoke with. They weren’t very informative or they seemed disinterested in really explaining the process. I found Luke Homen Law through Ascend and scheduled a consultation. Brihonna (I know I’m misspelling her name) really helped kick the process off and was super attentive and informative, she was excellent at explaining the process and answered our millions of questions. Once we got the process started Colin was assigned as our attorney and he has truly been phenomenal. I want to jump on here and shout from the top of my lungs how amazing this firm is! I was so unsure about my decision to file bankruptcy and all the stigma around it. From my initional consult call all the way through to the point we are at now (341 hearing coming up) The entire team has been fantastic. Great company and really easy to work with. I’ve had some issues navigating things after the bankruptcy and they have been there for me every step of the way. They even went after a creditor after the discharge for continuing to try and collect the debt and won a settlement for me. Highly recommend this company.
