I have only great things to say about my experience with this place. Every person we encountered - the person who answered the phone, the nurses, techs, physician's assistant, everyone was KIND and CARING. The facility is clean and bright. Everything about ContinuEM was better than any experience I've ever had at my own doctor's office.

Like everyone else that posted the reviews it is a lovely place with lovely people and they do a good job. There was a slight snafu with me getting a bill when I was told everything was paid for by my insurance. That was remedied in less than 24 hours after high called the company in a very contrite amicable way. So even though they did screwup with the insurance they made it right without me making phone calls and being on hold forever. I would definitely use them again the service was wonderful

Healthcare billing can be quite complicated especially since we are one of few facilities willing to offer monoclonal antibody treatment. Your plan administrator should also help with covering this important care and treatment. AWESOME Experience. This place is very clean and nice, its actually refreshing. I was not feeling well and havent been for a few weeks and this place gave me peace of mind. They did blood work & a COVID test just in case and were able to discuss it with me pretty quickly. Super happy I came here, staff are friendly and so is the physician, good guy, thanks Doctor.

Had my first experience at Continuem urgent care, and it was fantastic staff is very helpful and the medical team made up emergency room doctors and nurses is amazing. The faculty looks and feels like a hospital emergency room without the long wait time.
The medical team is thorough in their approach on finding out what your medical issue is and can diagnose it quickly and get you what need and get you out of there just as quickly.
Can not say enough about how great every aspect of my visit was, from the great staff to the best medical team this the only place I will go for non emergency needs. But they also have the capability to handle some emergency needs as well. You need to check them out the staff there can answer all your questions.
One of my best experiences in a medical facility.
