My mother needed physical therapy after a hospital stay relating to an auto accident. The RN that came to her house was thorough and nice. My mother loved Joe, the physical therapist that was assigned to her. We would use this agency again.

My mother was discharged from the hospital with short term care services. She received no OT visits. The OT was fired after the assessment & they refused to send anyone else. She received 3 PT visits in 4 weeks. They would not give her more claiming 'a few PT visits won't fix her problems ' ....... it seems like these people work for Medicare or something trying to cut short services. It took 2 weeks for the small amount of supplies for my moms wound to come. I had to order the supplies on my own. Really terribly unhelpful home service. Vns was far more helpful.

Run as fast as you can from this place. I just lost my mom and sister and they are on the phone talking bad about me because they just walked in house when I was half dressed and told her to not just walk in house . Was not there for me have repeatedly told them he is downstairs separate entrances I mean how ignorant can you be .Do not know the women's name but matt thank you for making fun of me when somebody walks in on you half dressed a stranger then tell me I over reacted in my own home.You also made me feel sick I am not well myself .Shame on you both.Feel free to be there for him .Just give me my privacy.

We worked with Constellation Home Care in NYC for the last few months and having worked with a number of Home Care facilities in the past let's say I was very skeptical and worried about what the care would be like for my mom. [My mom is a complicated case of liver transplant with acute renal failure and high blood pressure.] Well that was relieved as soon as Jodi (nurse), Billy (pt) and Dimple (ot) walked through our door. What an incredible team of smart, caring, dedicated and informative professionals. My mom was well taken care of and during her last appoint with her kidney team her doctor remarked at how amazing she was doing and how good she looked. He's not one to be easily impressed! We are thankful and blessed to have gotten to work with Jodi, Billy and Dimple. They come highly recommended!
