My mother-in -law fell and shattered her shoulder. The in home P/T and help has been excellent. They easily shifted between our home and hers and made it all very easy.

This place doesn't even take care of their employees, I can't imagine how they care for their patients.

This Hospice was used for my dad. He passed a way in April. He was in hospice longer than 6 months. This was the worst hospice I have ever worked with. In my profession I have had the privilege to work with incredible hospice agencies and this was by far the worst. The nurses were inept, lied and never helped my dad. He died suffering which is completely opposite of what my past experiences have been with other agencies. I called the director, the medical director and nothing. I called 3 times to talk about the lack of care and nobody called me back. My mom called and never got a call. I completed a survey and that was it. Still nothing. Do not use them. The amount of my own sanity that I lost having to advocate and do their job is something I don't wish on anyone who's losing a parent or a loved one.
