As I approached retirement after 42 years of serving as a Presbyterian minister I was facing several financial/medical decisions that I was unequipped to answer. The Presbyterian church sponsored a seminar on retirement planning featuring Connie Holt as the key presenter. After the seminar I contacted Connie and arranged for a Zoom meeting(the high days of Covid) to discuss a variety of options concerning Medicare supplements and drug plans. The whole topic was confusing to me but Connie was able to help me sort through the various options and come up with a plan that was perfect for my needs at a very reasonable price.

When another issue with my coverage arose, Connie was tremendously helpful in dealing with the insurance companies and working things through to a successful resolution.
