I recently leased a new 2025 Pathfinder from Nissan of Costa Mesa. I worked with Alex, who went the extra mile to make sure our deal worked out. Despite being a very busy day for them, I was immediately greeted and was able to get to work on our deal right away. Highly recommend this place!

I had been watching a car online and reached out to Nissan of Costa Mesa as they had a rare color of the car I wanted. I spoke with the sales rep Alex who handled my transaction. Everything on their end was flawless and I received professional, prompt assistance. My car was shipped to me from Costa Mesa to Alabama and Alex went the extra mile and had the car detailed again prior to shipping. Finance Manager Susie was also incredible to work with. The only hiccup was that UPS dropped the ball on overnight service for the documents. UPS lost the package. This was a minor problem and Susie was right there to handle the issue. I received the car last night and it is beautiful and fun to drive. This dealership went above and beyond with customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership and would not hesitate to reach out to them again for future purchases.

I bought a car there about a year and a half ago and I’m still super happy with it. I’m rebuilding my credit no way in hell I thought that they could deliver the car that they delivered a 2021 Toyota Camry could it be happier with the entire experience. Most dealerships lied to you on the phone to get you in there hoping they could work something these guys knew they could do a deal with me before I came in and I made sure of it and when I came in everything was exactly like they said it would be.
