Add ReviewI had a great experience in 2023 when I got my 2019 Sentra when my old car was just no longer safe to drive. Very accommodating, great service- what’s annoying though is getting texts and even a letter from the dealership itself offering to get something different with a loan termination to pay off my loan for something new. It also said no money down for the down payment, unfortunately it didn’t work out but I got a follow up saying to come back, that they’re working with ALL credit for zero down payment and they didn’t honor that. The advertising is very misleading, it’s a lot of time wasted for myself and the rep trying their best to assist. I was also very upfront about what I could and couldn’t afford but I was still asked to come in. I did agree after speaking on the phone, I was upfront on the phone but didn’t quite work out. They are very kind people, I can tell they really want to help, but getting these texts and even a letter from one of the higher ups who I signed the car with herself, I feel time was mutually wastedReport
My experience here was terrible. I WAS LIED TO WHEN INITIALLY I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE LEASED MY NISSAN ARYA THEY SWITCHEDTO PURCHASING. IT HAS SINCE BEEN RECALLED. DEFECTIVE AND HAS CAUSED ME ISSUES. I TRIED TO RETURN IT DUE TO THESE ISSUES AMD GIVE THEM A CHANCE AND THE DEVALUED IT EVEN THOUGH I ONLY HAD IT SHORT TIME. RIP OFF THEIR INTEGRITY WAS NOT A PRIORITY HERE. REPORT TO BBB.Report

We recently purchased 2023 Nissan frontier from Costa Mesa Nissan. Our salesman was Alex he was awesome super easy to work with always returned our call and text messages and when it came time to do our paperwork and pick up our truck alex had everything ready for us. Absolutely Horrible Experience - Beware of Nissan's Irresponsibility and Poor ServiceReport
I'm writing this review to warn everyone about the unacceptable experience I had with Nissan. We bought a brand-new Nissan EV, and within just one year, it completely broke down during our trip to Las Vegas. It was a nightmare.
After six hours of non-stop calls, they finally towed the car—but shockingly, they told us they are not responsible for passengers. They left me, my elderly mother, and my 11-year-old daughter stranded in an unsafe area in the middle of nowhere. The stress and fear we experienced can't be described.
The next day, 777 Nissan (the dealer) also said they were not responsible. After seven hours, they temporarily fixed the car, but just two hours later, it broke down again on the road. Again, no help, no responsibility.
To make things worse, both dealers told us we shouldn't go on trips with Nissan EV cars. Seriously? Then why sell them at all?
We ended up spending $2,500 out of pocket for towing and dealership charges. No support, no accountability, and a total lack of care for customer safety.
Do NOT buy a car from Nissan. They don't stand behind their product, and they clearly don't care about their customers. This was an incredibly disappointing and traumatic experience
And I want to add to my comment whenever call this dealer they are at meeting and will call you back but never you get response.
I wish I could give zero star because one is too much for them.
Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid Nissan Costa Mesa at All Costs!Report
I leased a Nissan Ariya EV from Nissan Costa Mesa and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The car has had multiple issues since day one, and the dealership has shown zero responsibility or customer support. Their service department is completely unhelpful and dismissive.
What’s even worse is their explanation for the problems — they told me the Nissan Ariya EV should only be charged at home and not using the public chargers listed in the Nissan app! Are you kidding me? Then what’s the point of an EV if you can’t use public charging on the road?
The dealership doesn’t stand behind their product, doesn’t support their customers, and clearly doesn’t care once they’ve locked you into a lease. I highly regret choosing this dealership and this brand. Next time, I’ll be buying a Toyota from a dealership that actually respects its customers — even if it costs a bit more, it’s worth it for peace of mind and reliability.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Nissan Costa Mesa. Worst car leasing experience I’ve ever had.
