Very very impolite manager,, and finance department .They try to sell everything too much expensive as they can, and even don’t take care of their responsibilities after that. Be too much careful when you buy or sell at this location.

Just copped a car from Alex over at the Nissan spot—dude is legit! Super smooth experience from start to finish. Told him where I wanted to be price-wise, and he actually stuck to it. No back-and-forth, no BS—just straight to the point. He made sure I was taken care of, and I drove off the lot with exactly what I wanted. Appreciate you Alex for the solid service!

One of their salesman, Ali, convinced my Mom to buy a car at a very high interest rate and high monthly payment by saying if she made 6 payments in a row on time, then regardless of her credit score, they would refinance and bring the monthly payment down.

Well after over a year now in on time payments, we went back to this guy and then he tells us no he can’t refinance, only thing he can do is take out care and give us a lease.

If this is not a scammer, what is?? I told him many times in the beginning that if we can’t refinance then we don’t want it and he made all these promises only for all of them to be empty. I am really upset about this. Don’t not believe a word they say, and if they promise you anything, just know they will not follow through, and the promises are empty and made just to get you to say yes to whatever they want.
