I had a little incident that I used a cashier check and overpaid a little more than a hundred and they promised they would refund me.
6 weeks later I have not received my refund and they told me they don't remember anything. And nobody answers the call.
EDIT: The manager called in after this review and after 2 days, I got my refund check. Fantastic.
We had a great experience during our visit to trade in our car. Sam was very helpful and answered all our concerns and questions.Report
If you need your toyota fixed. As for mechanic Jason Portilla. He does a great job and fixes all my cars at Toyota. Very honestReport
Great dealership, easy access from the freeway and lots of parking space. Their salesperson karsen is very professional and I was able to get a good deal for the Tacoma. I commend him for his effort to make the sake possible.Report
I can’t say enough great things about JP and Andy! They went above and beyond to help me and my family with purchasing our car. From the very beginning, they were patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what we needed. They made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable.Report
JP and Andy were professional yet personable, and I really appreciated how transparent and honest they were throughout everything. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explained every detail clearly, and made sure we felt confident in our decision.
Thanks to their excellent service, we drove away in a car that fits our family perfectly. I would highly recommend JP and Andy to anyone looking for a hassle-free, supportive, and trustworthy car-buying experience. They’re the best! 🚗
Incredible service, very kind and honest! JP helped me find my first car.Report
I just experienced the worst Customer Service interaction in my life at Concord Toyota. My issue is not with the salesman, Sabbir Miah who was very polite and eager to help me find a new car, but we never effectively communicated. Ultimately he was unsuccessful in locating a car that would satisfy me from the stock available within 300 miles. Clearly frustrated Sabbir turned to his finance supervisor, Andy, to move things along and close a deal. This man was demeaning, arrogant, and insulting. He berated me for taking up so much of Sabbir’s time with little to show for it and being unable to commit to buying a car sight unseen. Per Andy: “The dealership is done looking for a car that does not exist.” He said that he would gladly sell me a car that was on their lot. In parting he advised me to go to another dealership “that had a bigger selection.” I thanked him for his honesty and left. That evening I followed Andy’s advice and found a car at a neighboring dealership.Report
That’s my story. Would I have been treated differently if I had gone in with a husband? Yes, I believe so. Could this situation have been handled in a more kind, dignified, and professional way? Absolutely. In all my working years as a medical professional and manager I have never witnessed such inexcusable behavior. I believe the dealership owes me an apology. I would also hope that the franchise owner require all dealership employees to undergo customer service training in the future.
Everyone was very nice. No hassle. Salesman was awesome.Report
With positive experience with service at Merced Toyota we decided to add to our Toyota family.Report
We started our process with Hayward Toyota and were impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service our family purchased a new vehicle with them. Shout out to Brandon, Bashia and Musa.
After our family enjoyed our recent purchase, we looked to have family add to their Toyota family.
Today we stopped by Concord Toyota..they lack everything that Hayward and Merced have.
We drove a good distance and while almost at the dealership the Salesman explains he was off on his price around 3,000.
The salesman tried his best after making an error, he went to get his manager (4:55 pm 8/9). If Toyota reaches out I would be glad to provide more details.
This man was condescending, rude and arrogant. He was clearly acting the opposite of what
the company stands for. He had no people skills and was in it for the pride and money.
I cannot speak on the service department and will not leave a negative review for them. This is solely for the sales department.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Raul during my car buying process, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Raul was attentive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect car for my needs.Report
He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered insightful advice without being pushy. His knowledge about the vehicles I was interested in was impressive, and he made sure to walk me through every detail. The entire process felt seamless and stress-free, thanks to his professionalism and clear communication.
Not only did he ensure I was getting the best deal, but he also made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the decision-making process. It’s rare to find a salesman who genuinely cares about their customers, but Raul exceeded all my expectations.
I’m thrilled with my new car, and I’ll definitely be returning to Concord Toyota for future purchases. Highly recommend Raul if you're in the market for a vehicle—he truly goes above and beyond!
