Had an appointment set between 9am-10am to have hot water tank replaced - called at 10am and was told they didn't send anyone because they hadn't heard back? How many times do you need to confirm an appointment? The guy on the phone didn't seem to care for my business, so I found a guy in town who is doing it for a better price!

Response from the company states the appointment was cancelled, this is untrue. The job was done elsewhere promptly and less expensive.

We apologize for the inconvenience of cancelling your appointment. Your landlord wasn't aware of you having requested a new water heater to be installed in his house and asked to cancel.

5 Star, one of the best, They showed up 20min early and had the job finished very quickly, very reasonable bill. I will recommened these guys to my friends and family. Jerry will be looking after all my heating and cooling equipment

I needed my furnace serviced...or so I thought. Apparently my furnace was installed by amateurs and the entire installation was in need of quite the overhaul. Complete Heating was honest with me about costs to get things "to code" again and gave me legit options to choose between rest. When I asked or considered certain options, they were honest with me about what should and shouldn't be fixed before I "one day" replace my heating system. They didn't pressure me into wanting the most expensive but best quality of life options available.
My job required that they needed to come back for a second visit which they took care of so I didn't have to worry about babysitting them or being forgotten.
At the end of the day, they gave me an awesome product, amazing service, fantastic price, and 0 reason to not use them again. Their honesty and integrity shows that they just want what's best for you. It was a stress-free, trustworthy experience.

Absolutely amazed with their professionalism. My furnace is 40 years old and on it last leg. They offered free of charge after showing up for a repair (miscommunication on my part) and they gave excellent recommendations on how to proceed and go forward with my options. Thank you so much.

After getting what we felt was the most honest and thorough evaluation of our heating issues, we gave complete heating the go ahead to perform the repairs. The service went well and came in slightly less than anticipated as they were able to cover some of the items under a warranty that we didn't even know existed. We are grateful for their integrity.

We just had our 22 year old a.c. replaced by Complete Heating. We chose them because we felt they gave us the most honest diagnosis of our old unit. We are pleased with our new purchase and the installation process. Highly recommended.

They came to check our non working ac out last year, and recommended replacing a part while still under warranty. They said they ordered the part, and said to call back in spring time.

I called this place at least 10 times and emailed to no avail. Totally unprofessional.
