Sarah Garcia has no compassion for her patients. She has an over inflated ego . Her one size fits all approach towards treatment plans will leave you unstable. She’s extremely dismissive and manipulative. She has no regards for the patients input regarding their care. She’s very misleading about her ability to manage psychiatric care.

Do not use this Psychiatric service. My Psychotherapist of two years- just threw me out of her offices- wasting 2 years of my life. VERY unprofessional and Unqualified. And this was the LEAD Psychotherapist Dora Boyne. Useless. Meantime the Psychiatrists just push the newest RX with no understanding of the severe side effects. Real clown show here, useless waste of time. Go somewhere else.

I have to say first that my actual doctor is amazing. I have zero complaints on the treatment she provided but my troubles came with the other staff members.
There is no communication, no messages returned and then no longer responding to emails. Being instructed to notify front desk from who I’m assuming is the medical assistant, for front desk to not return calls. If it was a manner of asking a question, semi understand but it was all MEDICATION. Now, I am without and will be without my medication for an unknown length of time. Which is literally a life saving tool for someone of my condition. So, thanks!

NOTICE HOW THEY DONT RESPOND TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS? THEY RESPOND TO REVIEWS THEY DEEM POSITIVE ENOUGH TO GASLIGHT US WITH. THE STAFF AT FRISCO LOCATION IS A LITERAL NIGHTMARE. THEY ARE NEGLECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THE HIGHER UPS ARENT ANY BETTER EITHER. THEIR ANSWER TO THE CMA AND THEIR PA BEING NEGLECTFUL IS TO “RETRAIN” THEM.
THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS.
