Drew was great to deal with. He showed up on time and looked over my old system and gave me recommendations on the best replacement/s for my house. Got the quote back quickly and setup time for install quickly. Both Drew and the installers were great to deal with and very professional.

Had my system checked out and serviced My technician Nathan Sigrist arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. Highly knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing I highly recommend Comfort temp for any of your heating or ac problems.

This is an update to my earlier posting about Comfort Temp. They is a certified Trane service center. After the dealer who originally installed the unit could not repair it, Trane recommended Comfort Temp. It took several tries to troubleshoot all the issues but they were extremely responsive and great to work with. Highly recommended. I posted this is 2021.
During the recent cold spell (12/2022), our unit would not go from cooling to heating. Despite being closed for Christmas a technician was at our house first thing in the morning! He checked out the system and showed me how to place it in heat mode until they could contact Trane technical support who were closed until Tuesday (12/27) to troubleshoot the issue. The technician (Osmaan McLeod) was fantastic and once Trane was available he spent most of an afternoon working with Trane technical support. Several issues were identified and parts have been ordered. Fortunately the unit worked fine in heating mode, which Osmaan set manually.
Everyone from the front office to the technicians at Comfort Temp were responsive to our needs and also did a regular maintenance service this week. I find them to be an exceptional company that really provides superb customer care.
Our unit is "state of the art" and only works with a specific thermostat. As I'm learning, "state of the art" means potential firmware issues that even Trane is encountering as the units are put in service. I've learned a lot and Comfort Temp has made it bearable. I can't image not having heat for the 5 days of freezing nights!

Our entire A/C system needed to be replaced. Sam B and Shaun showed up on time and worked the entire day to get our system back up and running again. They answered any questions that I had and were complete professionals. They did create a little dust while they were working, which is understandable, but they cleaned up everything and left the area cleaner than when they started. I can't recommend Comfort Temp, Sam, and Shaun enough.
