Miranda, Kim and their team at Comfort Keepers are simply amazing at providing qualified and loving caregivers to my Mom and Dad. My Mom was in hospice care during the summer of 2023 and not expected to live past the summer. With the care of their skilled caregivers she has surpassed their prediction and continues to live in their home with assistance of Comfort Keepers. My Dad is now under their care as well and is doing very well too. I cannot say enough great things about the caregivers and this company. We have had a caregiver for my dad from comfort keepers for the last year now. He is bedridden and has a lot of needs. He has never really been outgoing or enjoyed having people being around. We have had Andrea M from the Holland location. She has quickly become part of our family and we ALL love her company. She is easy to talk to and truly takes great care of him. She shows him compassion, patience and understanding. She explains what she is doing and what she needs him to do. She shows him great respect and is so reassuring when he feels he didn't do something well enough. She really goes above and beyond anything we could have ever expected. Not only does his face light up when he sees her, he actually looks forward to her weekly visits!!! We really hit the caregiver jackpot and couldn't be happier.
