Hi yes I would like to thank your employer by the name of Jay customer service skills r great & willing to go thee extra mile to help u to get the services ur looking for also talking to u n such a gentle warm welcoming tone of voice gets u the things ur missing fm ur room or any extra things u may or may not want pool was clean & warm breakfast was cool coffee was hot milk was fresh ,over all Jay is just great & thaought that u guys along with the rest of the world should know how much of a great guy /employer & u guys have a very great & professional guy on yall team thts shows up to work everyday & on time ready to do his job & make sure his customers are very happy & satisfied with their services Thanks

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The whole establishment has this weird off putting smell. The rooms reeked of cigarettes despite being non smoking. Curtains were ripped and carpet and couch in suite were clearly damaged. The walls were stained, finger prints on windows and pictures frames, and bathroom surfaces are coated with grime, hair, and bugs. Staff was lazy and unbothered. The gym was filthy and none of the machines worked. The locals even told me that things are regularly stolen out of the rooms. Steer clear of this place.

Very disappointed. The rooms were not clean and there was very strange smell in the hallways and the the elevator. The carpets in the room had spots all over. The common touch areas like around the knobs were dirty. The bathroom handle and shower were broken. By far the worst hotel I stayed at. I would give it zero star if I could. Now I understand why they charge the money at the time of booking. If I had not paid that money upfront I would have never stayed here. I would have left and found another hotel to stay.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Do over.

First room was full of gnats and had to be moved. Second room didn't have any bugs but seemed dirty. The tub had black stuff in the bottom so had to use shower shoes. TV offering was terrible and had to unplug and replug to get it to work. The business center was a joke. Old and outdated browser and printers didn't work.

Positive: Nothing at all Negative: Everything : dirty room & roaches ( & I have pic & videos to back up my claims)
