Have to thank ralph first and foremost for the coffee. But everyone here is great. Shuttle drivers are top notch and easily took us to garden of the gods. Clean rooms and comfy beds! Can’t beat it.Report
As Platinum Bonvoy members, we were excited upon check-in. The lobby was beautiful, the location fantastic, and the check-in attendant was very kind, making us hopeful for a great stay. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.Report
We were given room 450, and the moment we walked in, it was clear something was wrong. The room smelled awful—like a mixture of sewage and dirty animals. The carpet was heavily stained, the walls were marked up all over, and both the shower and toilet were visibly dirty. To make matters worse, the sink kept backing up. The room was clearly a pet room, yet we were never informed of this.
With allergies, we had to sleep with the window open just to tolerate the smell, which made for a very uncomfortable night. We had expected a higher standard, especially after paying more to stay here instead of at a Residence Inn or a similar hotel, hoping for a nicer experience. Sadly, this was the exact opposite.
I’ve attached photos that show just a few of the issues we faced. It was incredibly disappointing and not at all what we expected from a Marriott property.
Delightful service and beautiful, classy environment. Quiet rooms and the food is good.Report
