This has to do with their billing and records office. I went in 2 years ago and gave them my insurance card. They were unable to tell me what the cost would be for my visit (if any) and said they would bill me. I am assuming they mailed my bill to the address on my license and not the address I gave them? I never got a bill, a call or anything. I would have happily gave them a credit card for the $200 visit. 2 years later I am in process of buying a house and they referred my account to a collections agency damaging my credit. I had no idea I owed them money!!!! Who sends someone to collections without calling/emailing etc? I have no idea where or how they sent bills but it wasnt to me. So I now have 2 years of collections hurting my credit and a 50% hike in fee for Wakefield and Associates. I recommend visiting a doctors office that has office staff who are less lazy and not willing to be so cavalier with your credit report.

Dr. Arthur has been my orthopedic surgeon for six+ years. He has replaced both of my hips, and I think the second one was a challenge because I put it off until it was bone on bone. If anything, that hip is doing better than the first!
Dr. Arthur is very personable and easy to talk to, very thorough and takes the time to answer all questions. He's a very skilled surgeon and I have complete confidence in him.
The office staff is very efficient and friendly, and every office visit is a good one even if injuries and discussing surgery are not our favorite thing!
Jean, Dr. Arthur's assistant, is very good and very organized. And it's so good to have x-rays on site.
I'm not looking forward to a knee replacement in a few weeks, but I know I will be in good hands and will be happy with the outcome.

Every time I go in to their office I wait 1hour to 2 hours just to be seen! What’s the point of making an appointment if you guys are always late. Terrible service. They care about quantity vs quality! Very disappointed regret coming here for my surgery for sure.

I am very pleased with the entire experience with Dr. Faulkner and his team. He was very thorough and very nice from my first consult through all of my follow ups. My knee needed a new ACL and I'm so glad I chose him. My recovery is going ahead of schedule and I have no complaints as I go through my rehab process. This is almost 7 weeks post-op at the time of writing this review.
