Friendly people and easy process

I had a horrible experience with their service center! I had an appointment for an oil change on Saturday. When I picked up my car and got home, I noticed smoke coming from under the tire. I opened the hood and saw that they had let my car leave the service without the cap on the oil drum. They came to pick up my car but forgot the cap again. They wasted my time, my gas, and my day off! Guys, this is horrible service!

Then, their manager called me on Monday and said that when I decided how they could fix the problem, I should call him. After that, someone else called and offered to refund me for the oil change. I agreed, as it made sense. However, he then asked me to send my driver’s license. For what? If you wanted to refund me, you could have just canceled the transaction.

A car is crucial for our lives and safety! Be careful and stay away from their service!

What a great dealership I highly recommend. Especially Michael Solomon and the whole team at Colonial VW and Subaru dealership in Feasterville pa. They helped get me into the car I wanted within my price range. They went above and beyond and so glad I chose them for my new 2025 Subaru forester rather then my last dealerships who made broken promises. I always went here for my services but now I’m a proud buyer! 5 star plus in my opinion. I will send friends and family their way!

Just finalized leasing a new Subaru Forester after having a wonderful experience with Walter Ruschak! I initially went to another dealership closer to home, spent a total of 4.5hrs there working out a deal, all for my husband and I to get up and walk out. They gave us the runaround and bait-ans-switch just to get us there, promising a deal that they had no intentions of honoring. I communicated with Walter regarding this deal and he said they will do everything in their power to at least price match what we were offered.

From the time I stepped foot into Colonial, Walter and the rest of the staff made us feel like family! They were all wonderful with my daughter who was stuck coming with me initially, and they were honest about numbers. Walter did everything he could to match what we were offered at the other dealership but due to something the other dealer did when submitting everything over to the bank, we were able to get the deal we wanted. Our final number was a little higher than we would have liked but still a great deal in the world we're living in currently!

I couldn't be happier with the service we received and will be referring and continuing business with Walter and Colonial moving forward!!

Excellent experience

We recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Forester from Colonial Subaru. Ashlyn was our sales associate. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind! We had a great experience and highly recommend Colonia Subaru and Ashlyn! Thank you.

Michael was a great help in finding me the perfect car. He was patient, explained all the features of my Subaru, and found me the color, model, and trim I was looking for. Everyone at Colonial Subaru was very kind and helpful.

We love this dealership. Our salesman Youssef was wonderful. He has the perfect personality for working with people. This is our second car lease with Colonial. Erin, the delivery specialist was wonderful and really pointed out some of the wonderful features on our new Subaru Forrester. She spent alot of time with us going over the many new features our 2025 Forrester has.

Great experience. We went in to test drive a VW as our Subaru lease was ending. A few hours later we left with a new Subaru, which we love. Having both dealerships under one roof was a big plus for us. The whole thing was handled smoothly and professionally.
